Welcome to Vanizz. By using our file-sharing service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Vanizz is an anonymous, temporary file-sharing platform designed for quick, secure transfers.

2. Service Usage

Vanizz provides temporary storage and P2P transfer capabilities. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. We do not require account registration.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, share, or store:

• Illegal content (e.g., child exploitation material, malware, copyrighted material without permission).
• Content that promotes violence, hate speech, or harassment.
• Malicious software, scripts, or data designed to disrupt the service.

We reserve the right to delete any file and ban any user found violating these terms.

4. Data Lifecycle

Files uploaded to Vanizz are temporary:

• Default Cloud Storage: Files expire automatically after 10 hours.
• One-Time Download: If selected, files are deleted immediately after the first successful download.
• Session Cleanup: If all users leave a session, data is deleted after 2 minutes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding data integrity, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Do not use Vanizz for critical data storage.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vanizz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss.
