Vanizz App Guide

Everything you need to know about sharing files and text instantly.

🚀 How to Send Files

Start a Session: Click the "Create Vanizz Key" button on the home page. This creates a secure, temporary room.

Upload: Drag & drop files or click the "Add Files" (+) button. You can upload images, documents, videos, etc.

Share the Key: You will see a 6-digit number (e.g., 123456). Share this Vanizz Key or the direct link with anyone you want to send files to.

📥 How to Receive Files

Enter Key: On the home page, enter the 6-digit Vanizz Key provided by the sender in the "Receive Files" box.

Download: Once joined, you will see all the files. Click the download arrow icon next to any file to save it.

☁️ vs ⚡ Transfer Modes

Vanizz automatically selects the best way to transfer your files:

⚡ P2P Mode

Activated when both devices are on the same WiFi/Network. Files fly directly between devices at maximum speed. No server limits.

☁️ Cloud Mode

Activated when users are far apart. Files are uploaded to our secure temporary cloud storage. 50MB Limit per file applies.

⏳ Limits & Expiry

  • Session Duration: 10 Hours. After this, all files are permanently deleted.
  • Inactive Cleanup: If everyone leaves the session, it is deleted after 2 minutes.
  • Files: Max 100 files per session.

Download: Search for "Vanizz" on the Google Play Store and install the app.

Scan & Connect: Open the app and use the QR Scanner to instantly join a session on your desktop.

Direct Upload: Share files directly from your phone's gallery to your Vanizz session without cables.

❓ Troubleshooting

"File not uploading?"
Ensure your file is under 50MB (for Cloud mode). Check your internet connection.

"Email not sending?"
If the "Contact Us" email fails, click the button again to open your default mail app.
